I'm passionate about building simple yet scalable systems and focus mostly on juicing what's already available. Over the course of my various experiences, I have slowly yet steadily developed the patience to delve deeper and understand the crux of the problem at hand and execute it using the most simplest approach possible.

In my experience, I have observed that complicating systems at their nascent stage is a fool's errand. A monolith with a SQL database is powerful enough to scale elegantly if used properly with deep understanding of the software frameworks and their magical powers.

  • Architected a data warehouse to store and access more than 130 million homes across North America using Google's BigQuery.
  • Developed ML ops pipeline to run Automated Valuation Model (AVM) to predict future home prices across North America.
  • Developed map view for blimphomes.com using Postgres and PostGIS to display homes.
  • Enabled data democratization across the organisation by exposing REST APIs.
